Senator Rand Paul tried to introduce a bill to stop the transfer of the F-16′s to Egypt, but all the democrats and RINO republicans voted to proceed anyway. Nineteen patriots in the senate (all republicans) led by Rand Paul (R-KY) voted to stop it but to no avail.
